Ordering
You will receive an order
confirmation number at the conclusion of your order process. If
you are uncomfortable with ordering online you may call in your order to
the phone number listed above. Email is not encrypted and is not
considered a safe method to relay sensitive information such as credit
card or bank account numbers. You may check the status of your order at
any time.

Payment
We accept the following forms of
payment: Visa, MasterCard. We also
accept checks and money orders. However, orders will be held 10
business days for checks to clear before processing.
We are required to collect
7.25% sales tax for purchases shipped to the state of California.
Additional district taxes may also apply. |

Return Policy
Please note that there may be slight
variations with items that are handcrafted as this is the nature of art
and is also what makes your purchase uniquely yours. However, if
for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return
any undamaged goods (with the exception of furniture) within 20 days after receipt for a refund less
shipping. Toiletry items must be unopened for return. All
sales of furniture and antiques are final and sold as is.
All return items not included with
a packing list will be refunded at their current price. Refunds will be
credited back to the original method of payment. It may take up to two
billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card
statement. The cost of shipping must be prepaid at the point of return.
Please use your own trackable and insured shipping method for returns. Palazzo is not
responsible for customer returns that are not received.
Should an item arrive to you damaged,
please contact us in order that we may make arrangements through UPS for
return and exchange or refund. |

Shipping

business days (an additional $10.00 charge calculated in shipping at checkout)
* Express orders must be placed by 10:00 a.m. PST. (This service
not available for furniture.)
Most in-stock items will ship
via UPS within 24 hours of ordering. You will receive a UPS
tracking number via email. However, for one-of-a-kind,
handcrafted items, please allow 2-4 weeks delivery unless otherwise
noted. Some handcrafted merchandise and antique furniture is
offered in limited quantities. This means once the item is gone,
the possibility exists that it may not be restocked or appear on the
website again. We make every effort to remove items from the website
that are no longer in stock. You will be notified of any shipping delays. We do
not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays and are currently unable to
ship to any destination outside of the continental United States. |

Furniture
In order to allow you choice, convenience and the best possible
shipping/freight rates, we will contact you after checkout to
arrange shipping. Your account will then be charged for the
additional shipping fees. Please expect your delivery between 2-8
weeks depending on the size of your item and availability of service.
**Delivery dates are not guaranteed in the case of unforeseen events
beyond our control such as interruption of service, power failure,
carrier strikes, natural disaster, etc. |

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to Palazzo. Any personal
information provided to us in joining our mailing list or at checkout
(i.e. name, address, telephone number, email address, billing & ship-to
address, and credit card information) is maintained on a secure web
server. We may use this information in our own marketing campaigns
but will never sell, share or give any information to third parties.
Rest assured that all orders placed are encrypted with SSL technology to
provide the highest security.

Gift Wrapping
We are happy to gift wrap your
purchased items measuring less than 16"x12"x12". Simply add gift wrap
from the Gifts
page to your basket before check
out. Gifts are wrapped with the current "house" paper unless otherwise
requested, in which case, you may also purchase a wrapping paper listed under
Gifts as your gift wrap choice. |
