Ordering

You will receive an order confirmation number at the conclusion of your order process.  If you are uncomfortable with ordering online you may call in your order to the phone number listed above.  Email is not encrypted and is not considered a safe method to relay sensitive information such as credit card or bank account numbers. You may check the status of your order at any time.

 

Payment

We accept the following forms of payment:  American Express, Visa, MasterCard.

 

We are required to collect 8.25% sales tax for purchases shipped to the state of California.  Additional district taxes may also apply.

 

   
   

Shipping

Please refer to the shipping table at right for shipping rates.

Regular Service:  5-7 business days

Express Service:  Within 3 business days (an additional $10.00 charge calculated in shipping at checkout)

* Express orders must be placed by 10:00 a.m. PST.  (This service not available for furniture.)

 

Most in-stock items will ship via UPS within 24 hours of ordering.  You will receive a UPS tracking number via email. However, for one-of-a-kind, handcrafted items, please allow 2-4 weeks delivery unless otherwise noted. Some handcrafted merchandise and antique furniture is offered in limited quantities.  This means once the item is gone, the possibility exists that it may not be restocked or appear on the website again. We make every effort to remove items from the website that are no longer in stock. You will be notified of any shipping delays.  We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays and are currently unable to ship to any destination outside of the continental United States.

 

**Delivery dates are not guaranteed in the case of unforeseen events beyond our control such as interruption of service, power failure, carrier strikes, natural disaster, etc.

Order Cancellations

After you have clicked "Place Order," your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes to your order. To change or cancel your order prior to shipment, you must email a Customer Service Representative. Please note that most orders process quickly and can enter the shipping process within minutes. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order. Palazzo reserves the right to review your order and after that time it may be accepted or declined. Orders may be declined due to limited/out of stock quantities or errors in the order. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to technical issues, Palazzo reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for that product listed, regardless of whether you have received confirmation of receipt of that order.

 

Return Policy

Please note that there may be slight variations with items that are handcrafted as this is the nature of art and is also what makes your purchase uniquely yours.  However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return any undamaged goods in original condition within 20 days after receipt (with the exception of furniture) for a refund less shipping.  Toiletry items must be unopened for return.  All sales of furniture and antiques are final and sold as is. All return items not included with a packing list will be refunded at their current price. Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. The cost of shipping must be prepaid at the point of return.  Please use your own trackable and insured shipping method for returns. Palazzo is not responsible for customer returns that are not received. Should an item arrive to you damaged, please contact us in order that we may make arrangements through UPS for return and exchange or refund.
